Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our limited stock and the handmade care we put into each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on physical items. Please review the following details to ensure a smooth transaction:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement (if available) or offering a refund for the item.

Lost Packages (Free Shipping Option): If your order is lost while shipped with the free shipping option, we are unable to send a replacement due to our limited stock. However, we will offer a free digital copy of the zine, plus one month free on our Patreon and/or a discount on your next digital zine purchase. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if this applies to you.

Tracked Shipping: For those who choose tracked shipping, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or lost packages once the tracking information shows delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Patreon access, digital products and media. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
